We didn’t mind as we like people who love what they are doing. The presentation covered just about anything we cared to know about. Zsa Zsa uses good marketing technology and works with other professionals to get us the best results. The house was sold in record time at a price that exceeded our expectation. Danielle’s team, especially James her EA, are very thorough and careful on documentation and logistics. We were not used to such meticulousness at first, but realised in the end that they were doing a very good job in protecting us on important terms & conditions and warranties under the sales contract that saved us a lot of potential hassles in the end. We imposed on Danielle’s small team a lot of work that was outside the remit of the agency agreement, but they (James in particular) really helped us tremendously and removed a lot of pain for us throughout the sales process. I don’t think many agents would do what they did to help us. Our difficulties arose because we were overseas during most of the critical period of the sale, and Danielle and her team took the communication difficulties in their stride and served us to our utmost satisfaction!!! We would see no reason why anyone would not want to award a mandate to Zsa Zsa for as long as they were given a chance to present their philosophy and process to get the best results for your sale.
