WESTERN SUBURBS

Crawley, Claremont, Cottesloe, Dalkeith,
Nedlands, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove

The Western Suburbs represent sophistication and prestige – a mix of old world glamour, new world progress and history.

These suburbs contain some of Perth’s most exclusive and most expensive real estate and are highly sought after areas, both for their investment potential and lifestyle benefits.

Recent developments in Claremont have seen a mix of new retailers and eateries emerge creating an eclectic mix of fashion, nightlife and food.

Little pockets of art, design and fashion can be found in Nedlands, Mosman Park and Dalkeith, which adds to the intrinsic charm of the Western Suburbs.

Exquisite grand homes, manicured lawns, tree-lined streets, the river and beach on your door-step, what’s not to love? The Western Suburbs also offer the very best services and amenities in a relatively small area, so living here is incredibly convenient.

Whether its the vibrancy of Claremont, the stateliness of Dalkeith, the old world elegance of Peppermint Grove or the beach side sophistication of Cottesloe for example, each suburb has it’s own feel and offers something unique.

On any given day, you’ll find well-heeled fashionistas abound at Claremont’s retail precinct and Cottesloe a-buzz, with Perth’s most exclusive beach, exuberant boulevard, eateries, providores and boutiques.

Spectacular places to explore and enjoy!

WHAT WE LOVE

Lunch at Il Lido on a Summer’s day, exploring the specialty stores in Mosman Park and Dalkeith, stocking up on exquisite produce at The Boatshed, jostling for a table at Van’s on a Sunday.

You’ll find some of Perth’s most popular eateries in the Western Suburbs, a mixture of new and established restaurants to suit all culinary tastes and budgets.

Highlights include, Il Lido, La Lola (and it’s sister restaurant, the recently opened No Lita), Pata Negra, Itsara and many other gems.

And for a late night bite, you can’t beat Chelsea Pizza in Nedlands, an institution that’s been serving locals since 1972.

Bayview Terrace Claremont comes alive in the evenings and with several recently opened establishments, you are guaranteed a great night out. Madrid Tapas Bar is a great way to start the night, and the Duchess offers a glamorous setting and great cocktails. For something a little more relaxed, The Claremont Hotel will do the trick.

For a drink in the sun or lazy Sunday session, The Beach Club is an absolute must and very easy on the eye; with its black and white stripes, touches of colour and understated glamour. The food is great too.

There’s an array of options when it comes to art and culture in the Western Suburbs.
