Culture, Creativity, Emergance

Northbridge is undergoing a revitalisation and has become a real favourite of ours over recent years. We spend a lot of time here.

The Perth City Link is a significant redevelopment project underway, which will see the link between Northbridge and Perth City for the first time in 100 years.

This exciting new development will improve access to the CBD and further cultivate the lifestyle benefits of Northbridge and Perth City alike.

Being walking distance to everything you need means living is effortless here. Northbridge also benefits from being a stones throw to Perth City, Highgate and Mount Lawley, so access to these precincts is a breeze.

There is a nice diversity of residents in this area and it proves to be popular with younger people, professionals and creative types.

Apartment living is the predominant offering in Northbridge and these are typically small to medium density apartment developments. Northbridge also offers some unique housing options on the peripheral, for those wanting the lifestyle, but with larger accommodation.
