What is your favourite thing to do in the CBD?
Having a chance to check out the latest exhibitions at PICA, the Art Gallery of WA, Moana or Paper Mountain – swiftly followed by an afternoon drink on the sunny rooftop at Mechanics, and if I’m lucky, checking out a gig at The Bird later on.

What is your favourite thing to do outside of the CBD?
Definitely hitting the beach, either for a swim if it’s hot, or for some mental R&R time – it’s the best thing for de-stressing as I don’t get to get leave the inner city as often as I’d like!

What is number one dining or night spot?
Right now, it’s got to be El Publico for yummy contemporary food that’s always interesting, plus they do amazing things with tequila too.

What is your go-to coffee spot?
I’m gonna have to admit my bias on this one straight-up… but I have to say that Venn Bar + Café’s coffee is what keeps me going every day – am totally spoilt to have the best coffee right at work and our gorgeous barista’s always make sure I’m appropriately caffeinated!

What is your hidden gem in Perth?
Hidden underneath Head Studio’s salon is Pop, a tiny brightly decorated nail salon, where you can have the best milkshakes and get your nails did.

What can’t you live without and why?
Music – ever since I got a walkman when I was a kid, it’s been a constant and I’m still obsessed.

What music are you listening to right now?
DJ Sosupersam, Clams Casino, Cashmere Cat, Aluna George

Who or what has inspired you recently?
I’m fortunate enough to be regularly inspired by the people I get to work with, which includes some really dedicated and passionate people in the arts. Recently I would say that I have been inspired in particular by the energy and drive that artist Kate McMillan has – she made the decision to relocate to London recently in order to build upon her successful career here in Australia. She keeps pushing her practice forward in new directions, pursues really engaging and worthwhile projects, including undertaking her PhD and working as an academic, all whilst somehow managing to be a mum to three young kids. Undertaking a career as an artist is always a risky choice and am in awe of people that follow their passion and give life everything they’ve got and def try to do the same!

What is your travel destination of choice?
Managed to finally visit the US last year and am so now hoping that I might be able to visit South America next time, possibly starting with Buenos Aires.

If you could have a coffee with anyone in the world, who would it be?
David Bowie, still the coolest person on the planet.
